Nurse and doctors all very good.
Very good care from all Royal Marsden staff.
Not so happy with one agency nurse.
Did not speak any English did not understand over nurse and did not understand. My condition of changing stomach bags.

Every member of staff has been friendly, informative, helpful. Each one has made me feel welcome and that they have done their very best for me. Under such bad circumstances (mine) they have all gained my trust, calmed me down and overall given a great experience. Thank you!

Reception is great. Informative, welcoming and very helpful. Nurses are all fab. All make you feel welcome and at ease. Feel like a real person and never a number.
